Hoping Lunati can supply me with a roller version similar in specs to the FT 10120703 to put in my new 355. They are ground 4 advanced, and run good from 99 to 102 ICL. 540'/.560' gross valve lift, and 106 LSA, that is a pretty good 3/8 mile dirt cam. I selected the slightly milder cam, the 10120703 and haven't second guessed my decision with 8k miles on it. I can make you a VooDoo solid lifter cam that is 278/286 at. I should be going to the track soon and will post times when I get back. Fyi, Lunati said the 10120703 or 10120704 would work, for me. Have all my parts together for my new 406 build but still cant decide on a cam. Your best bet is to fill out a cam recommendation card with several cam companies to see what you need to meet your expectations. Very pleased, pulls hard to 6800rpm with the heads, intake, carb and exhaust I have and idles at 750 rpm with 14" of vacuum. Currently I have a Lunati Voodoo 10120703 hydraulic flat tappet. That cam ground on a 110 or 112 LSA will be more flexible to drive. Though a narrow LSA may produce more peak power it does so by sacrificing a wider torque curve which gets you down the road. Do not know of anyone who has run the "midnight special" but it may not pull enough vacuum to operate vacuum assist power brakes given the 106 LSA. I will tell you it is far better to under cam than over cam. Cam choice is dependent on many factors, car weight, intended usage, compression, heads, intake and exhaust run, rear gears, trans (auto or manual) just to name a few.
